To Place an Order
To place an order you can use the order process on this web site. This is on a secure server. If you need assistance or would like to order by phone, call us at 1-866-333-4805. Usual hours are 9am to 5pm Central Time. You can call after hours to leave a message. You can also fax us at 1-985-641-8478.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a 2nd e-mail including tracking number when your order is shipped. We ship UPS, Fedex & USPS. For U.S. ground orders there will be a charge of $7.95. If you would like your order shipped 2nd Day Air, the charge will be $18.95.
All orders are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages (fed-ex, ups or plain boxes) with the name Saylone Enterprises (Our parent company).
Orders outside the U.S.
For now, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Tax
For those of you living in Louisiana we will be collecting taxes of 4%. For those of you living in St. Tammany Parish in Louisiana the rate will be 6.75%. And for those of you unfortunate enough to live in Slidell, Abita Springs, Covington, Madisonville, Pearl River, LA. the rate will be 8.75%. Mandeville, Folsom and Sun, LA. will have the rate of 9.25%.
Exchanges & Returns
We are confident you'll be delighted with the style and quality of our clothing and lingerie. If for any reason you would like a refund or exchange, just return the items within 30 Days, using the same packaging and in the same conditon as sent, for a full refund of the purchase price. Because of the intimate nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on panties, thongs or g-strings or sets that contain them. Original tags must be attached and the invoice included with a note saying if you'd like a refund or exchange. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. You can ship returns to us by any means but we suggest you insure the package for the cost of the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Exchanged items will be shipped back to you free of charge via Fedex or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.
If you are requesting a refund, we will credit your original credit card for the purchase price minus the original shipping fees. We will NOT charge you for re-shipping exchanged items nor for any mistake on our part in filling your order.
